To request a school transcript:

 

1. Did you attend or graduate within the last two years? If so, please contact your school:

• Media Arts & Communications Academy: 503.565.4100
• McMinnville High School: 503.565.4216 (counseling center)

Transcripts may include ACT and/or SAT scores if you used our school code number 380-645 when you took the test. Transcripts are $2.00 each. If you need them for scholarship purposes and they do not require an official transcript, copies are acceptable.

If you are a current student at the high school, you need to sign up in the counseling center on the clip board to order your official/unofficial trancript 24 hours before you need them. Seniors – the first 3 transcripts are free and $2.00 each for additional transcripts.

Students are responsible for mailing their own transcripts to colleges. They will be signed and sealed in a school envelope.

 

2. Did you attend or graduate more than two years ago? If so, please contact Mary Dressel in the McMinnville School District office at 503.565.4004 and provide:

• The first and last name you used as a high school student.
• The year you graduated or the year(s) you attended high school.
• Whether or not you want your SAT and/or ACT scores included in the transcript. (They will not be included unless you specifically request them.)
• Your current mailing address.
• We will send your certified transcript by U.S. mail. We cannot fax or e-mail it.
• We will also send you a form and a request for $3 by cash or check to cover costs.

 

3. If you represent an organization seeking verification of education, please also fax a signed release form to Mary Dressel at 503.565.4030.
